Knitted fabric will, at times, experience minor weave variations from heat, humidity and other room conditions. These variations can create light bowing, puckering and dimpling in the material. These occurances are considered normal and are not a failure in either workmanship or materials. These variations are minor and have been proven, in case studies, not to detract from the product's beauty.
The braided polyester cord does not have a reverse roll
stop like that of the bead chain counterpart. If a shade with a braided polyester cord is raised above 24" in the reverse roll
mode, it is possible that the fabric will rub on the headrail. The fabricator reserves the right NOT to warrant wear and tear of fabric if any damage is caused by a roll-up in excess of 24".
The manufacture guarantees that the Vienna Soft Sheer Horizontals will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product and assuming that the product was installed correctly. This warranty is for the original purchaser only on the original window for which it was intended. This warranty does not cover any conditions or damages that result from accidents, alterations, misuse, or failure to follow the printed instructions on the installation, cleaning and care or repairs. This warranty also doesn't cover conditions from normal wear and tear. Cords carry a three year limited warranty as a wearable part.
To obtain service, please contact the dealer from whom you made the purchase. The manufacturer will work together with the dealer to repair of replace defective parts or components with similar or like parts at no extra charge.
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities or warranties. In no event shall a licensed fabricator or distributor be liable for incidental or consequential damages or for any other damage, loss or expense, cost or fee associated with such damage. In some states, exclusions for incidental or consequential damages are not allowable. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have additional rights that vary from state to state.
The Cellular Shades Collection feature a lifetime limited warranty. The manufacturer guarantees that the Cellular Shades will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. This is on condition that a) the product was installed properly in a home and that b) the products were made or assembled only from fabricator materials and components. The manufacturer, licensed fabricators and distributors are obligated to repair or replace shades or components that are defective excluding shipping charges and labor costs for measuring and installation. Repairs will be made with like or similar parts. In order to obtain warranty service, you need to contact the Fabricator who sold you the product. They will repair or replace any defective parts or components promptly and without charge. Your warranty claim must be accompanied by your proof of purchase and details regarding the problem, location of the shade, and other important matters. This warranty excludes conditions that result from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, motorized devices, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions in regard to measurements, installation, cleaning or maintenance. Similarly, this warranty excludes any condition or damage that results from removal of the shade and reinstallation in the same window or another window.
Furthermore, this warranty does not apply to problems caused by normal wear and tear of the product. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities, or warranties. In no way will the manufacturer or its licensed fabricators or distributors be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee. This exclusion or limitation may not apply in some states, however, as some states don't allow such limitations. You have specific legal rights through this warranty and you may also have other rights depending on the state in which you live.
