Shipping & Return Policies

PatioandHomeFurniture.com ships all products directly from the manufacturer to your door which saves you money in extra shipping and handling fees. Shipping costs can be checked by placing the item into your shopping cart, entering your zip code and clicking the 'calculate' button.

In order to provide the most expedient shipping possible, we use the shipping company recommended by the manufacturer. Freight shipping is our preferred method of shipment for large orders and/or large items as it offers the most cost efficient options. We also use FedEx or UPS to ship smaller orders.

Most items take approximately one day to process the order and 7-10 days to ship. There are, however, rare occasions when an item is backordered, and it will take slightly longer to ship. In these circumstances, our customer service team will update you about the status of your order and inform you when it will be ready to ship.

If, for any reason, you must return an item, we have a clear, easy return policy for your convenience. Below, you'll find the step-by-step procedure for hassle-free returns. Step-by-Step for Hassle Free Returns:

  1. You can return any item within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Call our customer service representatives at 1-888-883-5860 or email them at CustomerService@PatioAndHomeFurniture.com. During the regular business week, we will try to respond to your queries within 24 hours to help you to arrange your return. Please do not return your purchase without hearing from us first.
  3. Your customer service representative will give you a return authorization number that you'll send to us with your returned item.
  4. We try, whenever possible, not to charge a restocking fee on returned items. When necessary, however, there is a 15% restocking fee on returns that are not the result of damage or defect. Sometimes, a return shipping fee is also charged. Please discuss these details with the customer service representative.

Returns of Damaged Items:

  1. In the unusual event that a return is the result of a damaged or defective item, please follow the steps outlined above.
  2. In addition, please include a photograph of the damage along with the item.
  3. Please return the item in its original product packaging.
