Springless Clutch Roller Shade Systems
The clutch shades raise and lower smoothly and easily. Adjacent shades can be set to matching heights. Shades hold any position exactly as you desire. They can weigh up to 24 pounds each and install easily with universal brackets. Clutch shades are custom made to the customer’s ordered size. The maximum width and heights of the shades will vary depending on the fabric type and whether the fabric will need to be turned width to length and require a splice. The aluminum roller tube may be 1-¼",1-
5/8" or 1-¾" diameter, depending on width and length of the shade and fabric type. The shade will be finished with a fabric wrapped bottom bar. The hem pockets can either be heat sealed or sewn upon request. The beaded cord will either be #10 nylon bead chain or a qualified #10 plated steel ball chain. Stop balls and tension devices will be included with each shade.
Spring Roller Shade Systems
Sping rollers offer child safety features as they have no chords or chains. They can be raised or lowered with ease and install easily on the inside or outside of the window frame or ceiling. Various brackets are available to suit your needs. Spring roller shades are customer made to the customer’s ordered size. The maximum width and heights of the shades will vary depending on the type of fabric and whether the fabric will need to be turned width for length and spliced. The metal roller tube may be 1" or 1-¼" diameter depending on the width and length of the shade and the fabric type. The fabric will be attached to the roller suing high strength double faced tape. The shade will be finished with a fabric wrapped bottom bar. When decorative pulls are required, the pocket will be heat sealed or sewn. The bottom bar will not be used.
Cassette Systems for Roller Shades
The Cassette Systems create a sophisticated and stylish look for your shades. They compliment any design patterns and décor in the room and completely conceal the shade from view. They can be wrapped with fabric to create a polished look and they are installed easily with universal mounting clips. The small cassette is available for up to 73" widths. Widths over 73" require a large cassette. If you prefer for a room to look aesthetically consistent, then purchase cassettes all of the same size. Heavy fabrics may require the use of the larger cassettes.
Fascia Systems for Roller Shades
Fascia Systems completely conceal roller shades. They are ideal for commercial installations, as they will easily accommodate heavy fabrics such as screens and blackouts. They are made to measure and are easy to install. Fascia Systems are available in white, beige, silver and bronze.
