Step-by-Step for Hassle Free Returns:*
- You can return any item within 15 days of delivery.
- Call our customer service representatives at 1-888-883-5860 or email them at
CustomerService@PatioandHomeFurniture.com. During the regular business week, we will try to respond
to your queries within 24 hours to help you to arrange your return. Please do not return your purchase without hearing from us first.
- Your customer service representative will give you a return authorization number that you'll send to us with your returned item.
- We try, whenever possible, not to charge a restocking fee on returned items. When necessary, however, there is a 15% restocking fee on returns that are
not the result of damage or defect. Sometimes, a return shipping fee is also charged. Please discuss these details with the customer service representative.
Returns of Damaged Items:
- In the unusual event that a return is the result of a damaged or defective item, please follow the steps outlined above.
- In addition, please include a photograph of the damage along with the item.
- Please return the item in its original product packaging.
