How long does it take for an item that I purchase today to ship and how is it shipped?
Due to the fact that we work with many manufacturers and distributors, shipping times and shipping methods will vary depending on the item that you’ve purchased. We strive to ensure that everything on our website is available. Usually, if something is unavailable, we post a sign next to the item saying that it is out of stock and documenting when it will be available. If an item does not have a sign next to it, but it is unavailable for more than a week for some reason, we will send an email notifying the customer.Do items that require assembly come with instructions and all necessary parts?

Yes, you can purchase items from more than one manufacturer from our website.Can I mix and match the pieces that are included in a Furniture set?
Yes. You can usually mix and match furniture sets as long as all desired items are from a single manufacturer. However, these purchases can not be done through the computer system. Please call our Customer Service Representatives; they will personally take care of your unique order.Do you sell replacement parts and accessories for your furniture?
Yes. We do sell replacement parts and accessories for many of our products. Please contact our Customer Service Representatives and they will personally check for availability and process your order.What type of a warranty can I expect on items that I purchase from Patio and Home Furniture?
We stand by the manufacturer’s warranty for all items.How do I receive a refund if I need to return an item?
In order to return a purchase, you must speak with a Customer Service Representative and receive a return authorization number. Once you have obtained this, and returned the item, it will usually take at least two weeks to process the return from the time that we receive it. If the return is made within 60 days of the purchase on your credit card, we can credit the card directly.
